No. Entry-level driver training under 49 CFR Part 380 is a federal requirement completed through a provider on the FMCSA Training Provider Registry before a driver tests for a Class A or B CDL, an upgrade, or a first hazmat, passenger or school bus endorsement. This video is for drivers who already hold a CDL and are joining your operation. It supports your safety orientation; it does not replace ELDT.
