How do I return an item?
Refund and Exchange Policy:
Since we offer free previews for all of our products directly on the product sales page, we do not offer refunds for items purchased. All sales are final. However, if you have a product that is defective, please let us know right away and we will exchange it for the same product as quickly as possible. We ship most replacement products for defective DVD’s the same business day. Our goal is to service our customers as quickly as possible.
If your DVD is defective in some way, please call our customer service team at (800) 859-1870 ext. 2 and we will make it right!
